1. No commitment is made or money spent until step 5 where you decide you actually want to go forward with developing and creating the new process or technology.
2. The 11 steps is a full service guide.  It is possible that you may only need our assistance in 1 or 2 of the steps.  For example you may already know what your technology needs are, and just need assistance in developing the technology. 
3. We will not advise you to spend your money changing a process unless it will benefit you by cutting cost in the long run or increasing sales.  Basically the cost of our service should pay for itself with the money it will save you or help you make.
4. Sometimes the technology or changes are very simple and cheap and sometimes they are complicated and expensive.  It all depends.
